PONUKAN - Privacy Policy
Introduction
blaze IT s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "blaze IT" or "we") recognizes the importance of personal data protection. We want you to feel confident using our services, and this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy", "Policy", or "Notice") is intended to help you understand and describe how we collect, use, and disclose your data.
PONUKAN
PONUKAN ("ponukan.sk", "Platform", or "Service") - A service provided by the limited liability company blaze IT s.r.o. (registered in Slovakia with a share capital of 5000 EUR), which allows Customers ("You" or "they") to publish information (textual, graphical, hypertextual) about their Business activities on the PONUKAN Platform with the aim of promoting their products and services offer to viewers.
Explanation of Terms
In this document, we will use several terms to describe various products and roles. All text, data, information, software, graphics, photographs, and other materials that we and our affiliates may make available to you, as well as our websites and any services, plugins, software, or applications that we may provide, collectively constitute the "PONUKAN Websites".
"Customers" of PONUKAN are individuals who have created a PONUKAN account. A "PONUKAN Viewer" is a person who visits the PONUKAN Website and may or may not be a PONUKAN Customer.
Definitions
Personal Data: An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person.
Processing Personal Data: Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, whatever the means used. This includes collection, storage, organization, preservation, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Cookie: A cookie is a piece of information placed on an internet user's personal device by the server of the website visited. It contains several data: the name of the server that deposited it, an ID in the form of a unique number, and possibly an expiration date. This information is stored on the device in a simple text file which a server accesses to read and save information.

Information Collection
Personal data is used exclusively for providing the services you have registered for on the platform. Information on whether the provided information is mandatory or voluntary (in order to complete user registration and provide them with PONUKAN services) is indicated in the notice at the time of data collection. Additionally, certain data is collected automatically through user activities on the website (see the section on cookies).
Our platform is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete such personal data from our systems.
Customer Data: Data you provide that describes your business, such as business name, location, opening hours, other details describing your offer (product and catalog information).
Billing Data: If you purchase any of PONUKAN's subscription service packages, our third-party payment processors will collect and store your billing address and credit card information. We only store information about whether you used our third-party payment processors to pay for our services.
Third party services
Google Analytics
With your consent, we use the web analytics service Google Analytics on our website. In the EU, EEA, and Switzerland, this service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In the USA, Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043) is responsible.
Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze the use of our website. The information collected by these cookies, including a shortened version of your IP address, is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers in the USA. This data allows Google to provide us with statistical reports on the activities on our website and offer other usage-related services.
We exclusively use Google Analytics with the "anonymize IP" function. This ensures that the last part of your IP address is deleted, thus precluding direct personal identification. Typically, your IP address is shortened by Google within the EU or EEA before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a server in the USA and shortened there.

Please note that deactivating Google Analytics may limit the full functionality of our website.
Google Gmail API Integration (Optional)
To facilitate direct communication, PONUKAN offers optional integration with the Google Gmail API. This allows you to send email responses (e.g., replying to inquiries received through PONUKAN or sending communications related to your business activities) directly from the PONUKAN application using your connected Gmail account.
Using this feature requires your explicit permission. When you choose to connect your Google account, you will be prompted by Google to grant PONUKAN specific permissions, namely the permission to create and send emails on your behalf.
We request this permission only to enable you to send emails initiated *by you* through the PONUKAN interface. We do not access, read, or store your other emails. Our use of information received from Google APIs will be in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google account settings.
Google Calendar API Integration (Optional)
To allow you to easily manage bookings or events created through PONUKAN, we offer optional integration with the Google Calendar API. This feature enables you to add PONUKAN-related events directly to your personal Google Calendar.
Using this feature requires your explicit consent. When you choose to connect your Google account, you will be prompted by Google to grant PONUKAN specific permissions. These permissions typically include the ability to view and manage your calendars, specifically for the purpose of adding events.
We request only the minimum necessary permissions to provide this functionality. We access your calendar solely for creating calendar events related to your PONUKAN activities initiated by you through the application. We do not access your existing calendar events for any other purpose. Our use of information received from Google APIs will be in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google account settings.
Database Hosting (Neon)
As our primary database hosting provider, we utilize Neon (Neon, Inc.). Information about your account, your business data, content you provide for your PONUKAN page, and related operational data are securely stored in databases managed by Neon. We rely on Neon's robust infrastructure and security measures to protect this data.
Media Storage (Vercel)
Images and other media files that you upload to customize your PONUKAN page are stored and delivered using Vercel (Vercel Inc.). This ensures reliable and fast delivery of your media content to visitors. We rely on Vercel's infrastructure and security practices for storing and delivering these files.
Social media links and social-sharing
We offer links to third-party social media sites on our website/app. If you use these links, you will be redirected to the respective websites of the third-party providers (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, or respectively) and can share our content there. As soon as you are on the third-party providers' pages, their privacy policies and provisions on the use of data apply. We have no influence over this. In order to avoid the unnecessary transfer of data to third-party providers, we recommend that you log out of their pages before using a link. This will prevent possible user profiles from being created through the link.
Automatic Information Collection
Like many websites, we and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us through your computer or mobile device, subject to your opt-out preferences (see Your Rights and Choices section below). Using these technologies helps us customize your experience with our website, improve your experience, and tailor marketing messages. Below are some of the types of information we collect.

Providing the PONUKAN Service: We will use your information to provide our Website to you, including facilitating scheduling, managing your account, responding to your inquiries, and for other customer service and support purposes. We use the payment information you provide to us to alert you of past, current, and upcoming charges, to allow us to present the billing history to you on your billing page on the Website, and to perform internal financial processes, such as looking at the status of a credit card charge. In the event of a credit card dispute, we also share account information with your bank to verify the legitimacy of a charge.
Understanding and Improving Our Products: We will perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content, or products, services or content offered by others. We do this to help make our products better and to develop new products.
Communication With You
Service-Related Communications: We may send you service and administrative emails to ensure the service is working properly. We will also email you regarding your calendar events. These messages are considered part of the service and you may not opt out of these messages.
Promotional Purposes: Subject to your opt-out preference, we may send you emails about new product features or other news about PONUKAN or on topics we think would be relevant to you. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time. Visit the ‘Your Rights and Choices’ section below.
Responding to Your Requests: We will also use your information to respond to your questions or comments.
Administrative Purposes: We may contact you to inform you about changes in your services, our service offering, and other important service-related notices, such as changes to the Notice or security or fraud notices.
Protecting Rights and Interests: We will use your information to protect our rights and interests as well as the rights and interests of our users and any other person, as well as to enforce this Notice or our Terms of Use.
Compliance with Legislation: We may use your information to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including complying with requests from law enforcement or other governmental authorities, or in legal proceedings involving PONUKAN.
Other: We also may use your information to manage our business or perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection subject to your consent.
Who We May Share Your Information With
We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for money or other valuable consideration. We may share information with Service Providers and government entities for legal, security, and safety purposes. We require Service Providers to agree to take reasonable steps to keep the personal data that we provide to them secure. Affiliates: We may disclose information to current or future affiliates or subsidiaries for research, marketing, and other purposes consistent with this Notice. We may share your data if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal, or governmental request; to respond to a subpoena, court order, warrant, or other legal process; to enforce applicable Terms of Use or this Notice, including investigation of potential violations thereof; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or PONUKAN; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address security or technical issues, illegal, or suspected illegal activities (including fraud); or as evidence in litigation or regulatory proceedings in which we are involved. If you use PONUKAN as a paid member of an organization or use your organization's email domain (thereby representing yourself as a member of the organization), we may share your email address and plan information with an authorized agent of your company upon their request to allow them to manage the company account.
Your Rights and Choices
Account: In order to keep your personal data accurate and complete, you can log in to review and update your account information, including contact and billing information, via your account settings page. You may also contact us to request information about the personal data we have collected from you and to request the correction, modification or deletion of such personal data. We will do our best to honor your requests subject to any legal and contractual obligations. If you would like to request access, modification, correction, or deletion of your account information, please contact us at ponukan@blazeit.sk or at the address mentioned at the end of this Notice. Subject to applicable law, we will retain and use your account information only as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Email: As described above, if you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, you may opt out at any time by following the opt-out link contained in the email itself. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) days to process your request. Please also note that if you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may continue to send you service-related emails which are not available for opt-out. If you do not wish to receive any service-related emails from us, you have the option to delete your account.
Cookies: You may also refrain from providing, or withdraw your consent for, cookies. Your browser’s help function should contain instructions on how to set your computer to accept all cookies, to notify you when a cookie is issued, or to not receive cookies at any time. Please keep in mind that cookies are required to authenticate PONUKAN Customers and perform some actions within PONUKAN (such as to keep you logged into your PONUKAN account), so in order to use the Website, cookies are often required.
Third-Party Analytics Services: Some of the services used provide the ability to opt-out. You may opt-out of Google Analytics’ services using the Opt-Out feature on their website. Google Inc. provides Google Analytics. You can opt-out of the Google Analytics service with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Additional Rights: Subject to local law, you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction regarding your personal data, such as the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Information Security and Retention
We have implemented reasonable measures to protect the personal data we collect. blaze IT takes the security of your personal data very seriously. We work hard to protect the personal data that you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, there is no guarantee that personal data will be absolutely safe from access, alteration, or destruction by a breach of any of our physical, technical, and managerial safeguards. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your device and account by, among other things, choosing a unique and complex password that nobody else knows or can easily guess and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
We retain the personal data we collect for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, to perform our contractual and legal obligations, and for any applicable statute of limitations periods for the purposes of bringing and defending claims. Please be aware that the information we collect (including through the use of methods such as cookies and other web technologies) will be processed and stored in countries where our third-party service providers or we have operations. By submitting your personal data to us, the platform provider, WOW THEM and using PONUKAN, you expressly consent to having your personal data transferred, processed, and stored in jurisdictions which may not provide the same level of privacy protection as that available in the country in which you reside or are a citizen.
